Conclusion of the regional conference activities on Arab Women, peace and security in Kuwait

The Minister of Women’s Affairs Dr. Amal Hamad has concluded her work at the regional conference on Women, Peace and Security addressing women Challenges in the Arab Region: “Stop the War on Gaza ...Now and Not Tomorrow”. Which was jointly organized by the Arab Women's Organization and the Kuwaiti Federation of Women's Associations on February the 15th and 16th in Kuwait.
Dr. Hamad spoke about the bitter and tragic reality of Palestinian people under the Israeli occupation and its barbaric policies of killing, burning, demolition, genocide and ethnic cleansing, leaving people with injuries, disabilities and chronic diseases.
She has stressed the failure of the international community to protect Palestinians in view of the ongoing crimes of killing children, women, young men, and the elderly and demolition of homes, hospitals, schools, mosques and churches using internationally prohibited explosives.
Then, Dr. Hamad has pointed to the role of Palestinian women in monitoring and documenting the Israeli crimes throughout national mechanisms, grassroots organizations in the field, coalitions and active committees.
And lastly, she pushed forward ceasefire and demanded that everyone should stand together to keep posting the sounds and images of the Israeli crimes and massacres against our Palestinian people, also Dr. Hamad stressed out the needs of women and girls in our recovery and relief plans and programs.
